It allows guests to request service at their convenience, minimizing frequent interruption by staff, and increases staff productivity as staff can tend to other duties knowing that they will be paged instantly.

Table Genie waiter call system allows guests to page a server or staff member when they need assistance. To contact a server, the guest simply presses the service call button on the tabletop unit, and the server appears. A message is sent directly to a staff pager or appears on a touch screen located in a central area.

The system works in three buttons or single-button mode, and each service call button can be programmed for specific messages (such as drink refill, check, manager).
